Jusung Engineering prioritizes safety and health as the highest value in corporate management. By establishing a safety and health management system that complies with laws and standards, we create a safe working environment free of accidents through safety and health activities involving all employees. The following safety and health management principles are implemented.

Workplace Risk Assessment Activities
Jusung Engineering strictly adheres to the Industrial Safety and Health Act and the Serious Accidents Punishment Act. To prevent serious industrial accidents and safety incidents, the company conducts risk assessments at least twice a year, identifying and improving harmful and hazardous factors specific to the workplace.

Safety Activities
Jusung Engineering undertakes various safety activities to eliminate and mitigate on-site risk factors, prevent accidents, and maintain a comfortable and safe working environment.
By conducting risk assessments, the company addresses identified potential hazards and operates a work permit system to review safety before, during, and after tasks to minimize unexpected situations. Additionally, the designation of "Safety Day" promotes activities to reduce high-risk tasks and implements joint safety inspections with labor-management collaboration.
Through the CR (Camera Report) system, previously identified risks are managed to prevent recurrence. The company also implements strict safety regulations beyond legal requirements, such as safety and health campaigns, safety and health reward systems, and penalty systems, to ensure robust safety protocols.

The center provides practical, customized safety training programs tailored by field (industrial safety, electrical safety, gas safety, fire safety) and level, offered to employees and, when necessary, local residents (such as students visiting for corporate tours).
To enhance safety awareness and engagement among employees of partner companies, offline safety training is conducted upon their first visit. Mandatory refresher training must also be completed after two months, institutionalizing safety training compliance.

Jusung Engineering offers diverse health promotion programs for employees.
A musculoskeletal disorder prevention program is held six times a month by external instructors at the company's fitness and health measurement facilities. Annual occupational stress assessments are conducted, followed by counseling sessions to identify and address stressors within the organization.
Annual health screenings (general and special) are conducted in collaboration with medical institutions. Based on the results, an on-site health center, staffed twice a month by doctors and nurses, provides one-on-one health consultations and follow-up care for employees with health concerns.
